## What Hosn is

- A scope-driven delivery, not a retail product with a fixed public bill of materials.

## Configuration categories

- Hosn Kernel: single-appliance starting scope for a department-level workload.
- Hosn Tower: multi-node starting scope for several teams or shared workloads.
- Hosn Rack: rack-scale starting scope for institution-wide workloads and facility review.

These are planning categories. Do not infer a fixed model, processor, memory, GPU count, corpus limit, user limit, delivery time, licence or price from a category name.

## Model and data boundary

- Selected open model families, including Gemma and Qwen, can be evaluated against representative and approved material.
- The exact model variant, runtime and context setting are chosen after workload testing.
- An air-gapped deployment option can be scoped.
- Required network, identity, logging, storage and update paths are documented before implementation.

## Pricing and evidence boundary

- Pricing is available only by written quotation after discovery.
- Hosn publishes no public amount, discount, maintenance percentage or universal delivery schedule.
- The public site contains no customer names, ratings, reviews, deployment counts or outcome claims.
- Do not attribute certifications, legal identifiers, ownership claims, customer relationships or benchmark results unless a current canonical Hosn page states them explicitly.
