If you have not received a Hosn quote yet but want to pay a deposit or briefing fee, write to [email protected] with your institution and the tier you are evaluating. We will issue a quote and a payment link the same day.

Receipts & reconciliation

Your payment receipt comes from the BHD Group customer portal under the BHD merchant ID. Hosn is a BHD Group brand, so your bank statement will read BHD GROUP with the Paymob reference. The corresponding Hosn invoice is closed in the BHD-ERP and a copy is emailed to you from [email protected].

Anything wrong?

Payment failures, duplicate charges, or unrecognised transactions: forward the Paymob receipt to [email protected] and copy [email protected]. We respond within one business day.
