These terms govern use of the public hosn.om website. Hosn operates from Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.

Everything on this site is provided for information only. Product names and planning guides do not create a binding specification, price or delivery commitment. A commercial commitment requires a written agreement issued for the specific scope.

2. Hardware and software changes

Third-party hardware, model versions and upstream software can change. The bill of materials, model, runtime, integrations and acceptance criteria for a delivery are those stated in its written scope.

3. Intellectual property

The Hosn name, the حصن mark, the castle monogram, the site copy and the photographs are protected materials. You may quote short passages with attribution. Reproduction of the lockup, monogram or full pages requires written permission.

4. Open-weight models, third-party licenses

Third-party and open model components remain subject to their applicable upstream terms. The written delivery scope identifies the selected components and their licensing boundary.

5. No warranty about the website

The site is provided "as is". We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Third-party infrastructure may be outside our direct control.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not mirror or rehost this site under another brand.
• Don't submit the contact form with someone else's identity, or with abusive content.
• Don't use the contact endpoint as a spam relay; per-IP rate limits apply.

7. Commercial engagements

Commercial commitments apply only when they are recorded in a signed agreement for a specific scope. Nothing on this public page creates or changes such a commitment.
