These terms govern your use of hosn.om and any company-profile or marketing material downloaded from it. Hosn for Artificial Intelligence Services is a brand of BHD Group (Bin Haider Darwish SPC), Muscat.

1. Information, not an offer

Everything on this site, including the company profile PDFs, is provided for information only. Pricing, configurations, deployment timelines, and feature lists are indicative. A binding offer requires a written quotation issued by Hosn / BHD Group with quotation number and signature.

2. Hardware and software changes

Hosn deployments use third-party hardware (Apple, NVIDIA, server vendors) and open-weight models (Gemma, Qwen, others). Hardware availability, model versions, and per-tier specifications evolve. The current site reflects the configuration at the date of last update. We reserve the right to substitute components of equal or greater capability.

3. Intellectual property

The Hosn name, the حصن mark, the castle monogram, the brand typography (Arsenica Antiqua / Arsenica Arabic, used under license from Zetafonts), the site copy, and the photographs are the property of BHD Group or its licensors. You may quote short passages with attribution. Reproduction of the lockup, monogram, or full pages requires written permission.

4. Open-weight models, third-party licenses

The AI models that ship with Hosn are governed by their own licenses (Gemma Terms of Use, Qwen license, etc.). Customers receive the model weights for use within the appliance under those upstream licenses. Hosn does not relicense them.

5. No warranty about the website

The site is provided "as is". We aim for high uptime but make no guarantee of continuous availability. Cloudflare or DNS interruptions are out of our direct control.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Omani law, BHD Group's total liability arising out of or related to the use of this website (separate from any commercial agreement you sign with us) is limited to OMR 1.

7. Acceptable use

• Don't scrape, mirror, or rehost this site or the PDF profile under your own brand.
• Don't submit the contact form with someone else's identity, or with abusive content.
• Don't use the contact endpoint as a spam relay; per-IP rate limits apply.

8. Sovereign-grade engagements

Real Hosn deployments operate under separate engagement letters and master service agreements that supersede these website terms. Nothing on this page modifies those agreements.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Omani courts.
