This page explains how Hosn handles personal data submitted through hosn.om. The site is intended for institutional enquiries and does not load advertising or marketing analytics.

- Contact form submissions: name, email, optional institution, optional phone, message subject, and the message body. We also log your IP address and browser user-agent at submission time, used purely to throttle spam.
- Security records: standard request information used only for reliability, abuse prevention and incident review.
- Cookies: no advertising or marketing cookies are set by Hosn. A site-protection provider may set technical security cookies.
2. How we use it
- Contact submissions are routed to info@hosn.om so the enquiry can be reviewed and answered.
- Server logs are reviewed only when investigating abuse, downtime, or a suspected security incident.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for marketing or any other purpose.
3. Where it is processed
Website and email data may be processed by infrastructure providers required to operate and protect the service. Access is limited to operational need, and the site does not use an advertising or email-marketing platform.
4. How long we keep it
- Contact submissions: retained only as needed for the enquiry, correspondence record and applicable obligations.
- Server and security records: retained only as needed for security, reliability and abuse prevention.
5. Who else sees it in transit
- Infrastructure providers may process limited request information only as required to operate and protect the public site.
- Email recipients: when you reply to us, your message also passes through your own email provider's infrastructure, which we have no control over.
6. Children
This site is intended for institutional buyers. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
7. Your rights
You may write to info@hosn.om at any time to:
- Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data, where retention is not legally required
- Withdraw consent and opt out of all future contact
Requests are handled according to applicable requirements and the information needed to verify the request.
8. Security
We use technical and operational safeguards appropriate to the public website. Security issues can be reported through /.well-known/security.txt.
9. Changes
If we materially change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. For minor edits (typos, clarifications) we may not.
