Hosn quotes and invoices are issued through our group-level customer portal. Enter your reference below and we will route you to the secure payment page. Card, OmanNet, and Apple Pay are accepted, in Omani Riyals.

If you have not received a Hosn quote yet but want to pay a deposit or briefing fee, write to [email protected] with your institution and the tier you are evaluating. We will issue a quote and a payment link the same day.
Receipts & reconciliation
Your payment receipt is issued from our group-level customer portal under our merchant identifier. Your bank statement will read BHD GROUP with the Paymob reference. The corresponding Hosn invoice is closed in our ERP and a copy is emailed to you from [email protected].
Anything wrong?
Payment failures, duplicate charges, or unrecognised transactions: forward the Paymob receipt to [email protected] and copy [email protected]. We respond within one business day.

لا يوجد لديك رقم مرجع بعد؟
إذا لم يصلك عرض أسعارٍ من حصن بعد وأردت سداد دفعةٍ مقدّمة أو رسم إحاطة، راسل [email protected] مع اسم مؤسستكم والباقة التي تُقيّمونها. سنُصدر عرضاً ورابط دفعٍ في اليوم ذاته.
الإيصالات والتسوية
يصدر إيصال السداد من بوابة عملاء المجموعة باسم تاجرنا المعتمد. سيظهر كشف حسابك المصرفي باسم BHD GROUP مع مرجع Paymob. تُغلَق الفاتورة المقابلة في نظامنا، وتصلك نسخةٌ منها بالبريد من [email protected].
وقع خطأٌ ما؟
إذا تعذّر السداد أو ظهر خصمٌ مكرر أو معاملةٌ لا تعرفها، أعد توجيه إيصال Paymob إلى [email protected] مع نسخةٍ إلى [email protected]. نردّ خلال يوم عملٍ واحد.
